SUPPORT GROUPS
I hold a special interest in helping survivors of narcissistic abuse reclaim their voice and inner sense of knowing. I am a Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Coach via Dr. Ramani Durvasula’s training, and would love to help you build the self-trust and confidence you need to reclaim your authentic self, your sense of purpose, and calm your nervous system while feeling safe in the process.
Support groups will meet on a weekly basis, online, for 1 to 1.5 hours each. Group members will take turns sharing their experiences, giving support to, and receiving validation from each other in a structured, safe environment. To learn more about dates and times, or if you have any questions, please reach out via email or book a free call with me:
NARCISSISTIC ABUSE SURVIVOR SUPPORT GROUP
When you’ve been through something as difficult as narcissistic abuse, nobody can truly understand it quite as well as other people who have experienced it first-hand. And with all that is going on in the world today, we need to come together now more than ever. Support groups offer a unique kind of healing that other resources can’t quite provide. In this group, you will have a chance to share your experiences in a safe and empowering environment. There is a special kind of comfort that comes from giving support to, and receiving validation from, other empathic souls who are, or have been, in antagonistic relationships.
When you have been gaslighted by another for long enough, it can lead you to gaslight yourself, causing you to doubt your very reality and what you know to be true. When someone else has told you what to feel and who you should be, or talked you out of what you know is real (even though you may know the truth deep inside) it becomes unsafe to express your feelings, be your authentic self, or speak your voice. Antagonistic relationships also take a tremendous toll on the nervous system, and can trigger dormant health issues or exacerbate existing ones, such as autoimmune conditions, anxiety, chronic pain.
